Do you know anyone with same car to swap battery to rule it out save buying new

a few things on the internet suggest battery and if it’s not 100% then can start throwing up issues. I asked the garage and said it was fine. Short of changing it for the sake of it I didn’t bother. My problem is I have to wait for it to happen before I can start to rule things out. Good luck...

Also just to add. The recovery guy said it’s to do with 2 switches on top of the gearbox that aren’t supposed to get wet but do. Told the garage but they couldn’t find the switch.

No not sorted, been to 3 different Mercedes specialists none have been able to find out. Don’t even drive it anymore just sat on the drive. Was your anything to do with driving in rain? Let me know if you find anything out.
